Class Descriptions

 

I teach a variety of classes and classes almost everyday, so be sure click on the days on red in the schedule to the right to see what classes they are and if they are right for you.

To help you decide, below are descriptions of all my current classes. Remember to check the Schedule often as I will continue to add classes  to the schedule.  Also, check the News  for up-to-the-minute changes and updates.

45-Minute Abs and Stretch

The name says it all!

This class will work your abdominals and obliques for 35-minutes and ends with a 10-minute stretch.

Cardio Kickboxing

This 45-minute class is high cardio and low impact. It’s a great workout!

It’s fun and helps to get out all of your unwanted tension and aggression. This class incorporates kicks, punches, squats, push-ups, and lunges. It’s a “kick-butt Kickbox!”

Chisel

A one hour Full-Body Conditioning Class that incorporates the use of light-weights to target EVERY muscle group.

A conditioning class like no other, Chisel will help you work muscles you never knew you had. This class ends with an abdominal workout and light stretch.

Yoga

Raegan is a trained YogaFit instructor. Her methods are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and physical and mental health.

Her style is based on the ancient fitness science of Hatha Yoga; it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. It is a practical and user-friendly Yoga style.

1-Hour Chisel & Rebound

A 1-Hour Class that incorporates 30-minutes of Rebound and 30-minutes of Chisel, a perfect combination! 

It is 30-minutes of a choreographed high-cardio, low impact routine that is fun for everyone. “Working out for 25 minutes on the Rebounder is equivalent to running 3 miles, but MUCH better for you joints and bones!” After 30-minutes of Rebound we will have a 30-minute Full Body workout!

Rebound

A 45-minute class on a mini trampoline.

This is a choreographed high-cardio, low impact routine that is fun for everyone. “Working out for 25 minutes on the Rebounder is equivalent to running 3 miles, but MUCH better for you joints and bones!”

Pre-Teen Dance Class

This one hour class is for the pre-teens in our community and is tons of fun.

It incorporates technical Hip-hop and Modern Dance. Kids will perform the material they learned over the course of the year in Raegan’s Annual Summer Dance Recital.

Adult Hip-Hop

This one hour class is for people ages 15 and older and is a great cardio work-out!

It incorporates technical and free-style Hip-hop. Dances will be performed in Raegan’s Annual Summer Dance Recital in 2010.

It’s time for another Fitness & Dance Class Registration!

The current session will end September 11th.

This upcoming Fitness & Dance Class Session will run for 6-weeks starting September 14th!

ONE Fitness class Per Week for $8.00/Class OR TWO CLASSES or more Per Week for $6.50/Class. Dance Classes are $10.00 per class.
